Walk and Fork Meals

Our Walk & Fork dishes are served from the foodtruck window in disposable ecoware bowls.

Guests have a minimum of 2 bowls.

The 2 bowls are the equivalent of a main dinner meal but having 2 smaller sized dishes gives guests a chance to try a variety of flavours.

$45 per head (2 x Bowls)
Additional bowls priced at $15 per head
(Minimum 30 Guests) 

Meat

Beef Bourguignon served in a cobb loaf

Slow cooked lamb with rosti, ratatouille & rosemary jus

Smoked beef w, potato and horseradish mash & blackberry jus

Pork belly smoked with kumara and pumpkin mash, apple relish & sage jus

Rolled chicken thigh w, gratin potato and fresh sweetcorn and herb salsa

Seafood

Homemade mussel fritter topped w,  prawn salsa and citrus drizzle

Cobb loaf chowder with mussels and prawns

Scallops wrapped in bacon with honey mustard mash and pickled red cabbage

Prawns with crispy noodle Asian salad, edamame and citrus drizzle

Ika Mata - Cured tarakihi with tomatoes, cucumber, red onion marinated in coconut cream and lime juice served with garlic bread

Menu items subject to availability at date of event (will recommend substitute dishes if required)
