Meat's are served from the Foodtruck window and guests can then help themseves to salads etc from the salad bar

 

$49.50 per head (Minimum 30 ppl)

Pork belly smoked w, apple relish and sage jus

Smoked beef w, horseradish cream and blackberry jus

Slow -cooked lamb w, rosemary and mint jus

Or

Sage and onion stuffed chicken w, lemon thyme jus

Or

Pineapple and apricot glazed ham served with gravy and wholegrain mustard
